The project client, PLACE, has developed Via Sol as a first phase of a 4 building community development. Totaling 180,000 s.f., Via Sol contains 217 affordable and market rate living units, amenity spaces and retail throughout 5 stories above below grade parking level. The project is based on community while also creating an environmentally sustainable development. This philosophy of community and collaboration is facilitated from early conception through the implementation of an IDP design delivery approach.
Responsibilities Include:
- Construction documentation
- Coordination of architectural design team and ID members
- Building envelope development and detailing
- Lead and manage project coordiantion meetings
