In Saks Fifth Avenue's pursuit of expansion into Canadian provinces, a vacated Target location in Calgary was identified for a complete 115,000 s.f. interior gut and upscale renovation for Saks. The development of design included the standardization of design elements, fixture design and detailed fit-out budget estimating
Responsibilities Include:
- Close collaboration with client store design team.
- Management of FFE budget estimate
- Fixture design and furniture
- Construction documentation development
