Beijing Olympic Stadium Competition, Beijing China
As a member of a joint venture design team, Kodama Diseno lead the design of the Beijing Olympic Stadium competition for the 2008 summer Olympics. Extending the retractable roof into the main plaza area, our design focused on integration of the exterior plaza with the main stadium. Care was also taken to include sustainable practices with the introduction of the eco-tower.
